Job summary

Productiv Team is seeking an experienced QA Automation leader to shape the automation strategy for enterprise platforms. You will design scalable frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing, and drive quality gates in CI/CD pipelines across complex workflows.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into concrete test scenarios and acceptance criteria, while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure reliable shipping of software.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years QA with enterprise platform automation experience.
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, test design patterns and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements and write acceptance criteria.
• Experience validating complex enterprise workflows and financial processes.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Build and maintain regression and functional test suites, ensuring quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations (orders, payments, financial and transactional processes) across frontend, APIs, and backend systems
• Partner with stakeholders to support UAT, identify gaps, and drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams

What You Bring

• 7-10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have

• SAP integrations (SOAP services)
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
• Performance testing experience
