Job summary

Uvation is seeking an experienced QA & Test Engineer to drive end-to-end quality assurance for our software products. You will implement manual and automated testing strategies, integrate AI-driven testing approaches, and collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure robust release readiness.

The role focuses on cross-browser testing, performance testing, and building scalable testing frameworks that fit our CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of software QA experience with a track record of delivering high-quality products.
• Hands-on testing of workflows and UI components with automation experience.
• Experience with cross-browser testing and load/performance testing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing approaches is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy: define test objectives and create efficient test plans in line with Agile CI/CD.
• Manual Testing: execute detailed manual tests, regression suites, and exploratory testing.
• Automation Testing: build/maintain automation frameworks for web/mobile apps using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Cross-Browser & Device Testing: validate across major browsers and devices.
• Performance Testing: design and run load tests; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• AI-Driven Testing: leverage AI-based tools for smarter test generation and visual testing.
• Defect Reporting & Debugging: log and track defects; collaborate with dev teams to resolve issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain test artifacts and provide quality metrics.
