Job summary

EPAM is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to ensure quality across exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms. The role demands a balanced manual and automated testing approach, with hands-on Python and Robot Framework expertise.

You will collaborate across teams to diagnose issues, improve processes, and apply AI tools for testing insights. The position offers a hybrid work model with partial remote work in Poland, plus opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic tech

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience in software testing or QA roles.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading environments.
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing (50/50 split).
• Hands-on expertise in Python and Robot Framework for test automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in testing and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level)

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms.
• Develop and enhance automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of trading platform features.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, and platform performance.
• Leverage AI tools to support testing, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Document test results, defects, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
