Job summary
Arcanys is seeking a Senior Python Developer in Warsaw to lead the technical direction of our system and collaborate with the CTO. You will design complex data and visualization pipelines and guide a small cross-functional team in delivering end-to-end solutions.
You will drive AI-assisted development, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and proactively improve the platform. Strong Python, system design, and English communication are essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Python development with independent, lead capability.
- Experience designing end-to-end pipelines and data workflows.
- Fluent in AI-assisted development and adoption across teams.
- Strong ability to read, review, optimize, and refactor large codebases.
- Proficient with PostgreSQL, Git, and REST/RPC services.
- Familiar with Django 4.2+ (nice to have).
- Excellent written and spoken English; collaborative, owning mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the system's technical direction and architecture with CTO.
- Design and build complex data pipelines and 3D/visualization workstreams.
- Provide technical direction to a small cross-functional team.
- Drive AI-assisted development workflow and multi-agent orchestration.
- Proactively surface improvements and own the codebase.
- Produce clean, well-tested code; review, debug, and document.
