Job summary

C&F, a technology services company, is seeking a Senior Python Developer in Warsaw with hybrid work options. You will design GenAI-based architectures, build and maintain Python back-end services, and collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into applications.

The role requires deep Python expertise, experience with FastAPI/Flask, cloud platforms, and a strong ability to write robust tests. English and Polish communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Python development experience in backend services.
• Experience with FastAPI (or Flask), SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to write robust unit tests and clean code.
• Experience deploying GenAI-enabled business applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD.
• Excellent English and Polish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture of GenAI applications and back-end services.
• Develop and maintain Python code in AI applications and components.
• Perform code reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into apps.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices for AI integration.
• Stay up-to-date with GenAI advances and contribute to team culture.
