Software Mind in Poland is seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend services for a data-intensive platform. You’ll work on large-scale data processing, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure, with Python at the core.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, shape technical solutions, and contribute to platform evolution, testing, code reviews and mentoring. Remote-friendly arrangement with international projects and flexible cooperation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Python development with backend focus.
• Experience building backend apps and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs in Python.
• Build scalable data-processing pipelines and data-intensive applications.
• Collaborate with engineers on system design and platform improvements.
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture, CI/CD and IaC.
• Mentor junior developers and promote code quality via reviews and tests.
