Lever, Inc. is seeking a senior Python backend engineer to design, build, and maintain robust backend services. You will design RESTful APIs and microservices, deploy on Azure, and champion CI/CD, testing, and production readiness. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, GraphQL, and modern security practices is valued.

You’ll join an Agile/Scrum team, collaborate with global engineers, and have flexibility to work remotely or in the office as appropriate.

Formación

• Senior Python backend development experience.
• Hands-on Azure design, deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with FastAPI and/or Django.
• Designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• GraphQL and messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
• SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and security basics.
• English communication in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsabilidades
