Job summary

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Python/AI Agent Engineer to join our team and deliver AI-powered automation for enterprise processes. You will design Python-based agents, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement data extraction and validation within an enterprise security framework.

The role focuses on processing Excel data, building deterministic and LLM-enhanced workflows, and integrating agents with APIs and enterprise systems. English communication with international stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or agents.
• Prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs knowledge.
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs or enterprise platforms.
• Strong Python data processing with Excel data.
• Ability to normalize data from varied Excel schemas.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Clear communication with business users in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based AI agents for business-process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and data sources.
• Translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows and prompts.
• Build agent logic, validation steps, and supporting Python services.
• Process and normalize structured and semi-structured business data.
• Extract and map Excel data with different structures into a common model.
• Combine deterministic processing with LLM interpretation where appropriate.
• Integrate agents with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs.
• Implement data-quality checks, logging, and error handling.
• Test agents against real scenarios and improve reliability.
• Work within client security rules and deployment constraints.
