AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer in Poland to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure logs and automate troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities via Python and REST APIs, including RAG and vector databases, into production systems.

The role emphasizes software engineering, not research, with responsibilities spanning data pipelines, API integrations, and scalable diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python and REST API design.
• Experience building APIs, data-processing pipelines, integrations, automation.
• Practical work integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to work with vector databases and production-grade tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that analyze logs and findings at scale.
• Classify failures, troubleshoot, and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Develop data pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry to AI systems.
• Ensure testing and guardrails before production changes.
