Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate troubleshooting. You will integrate Gen AI capabilities with Python and REST APIs, and work on production-grade engineering solutions rather than research.

As part of a global team, you will design scalable data pipelines, ensure testing guardrails, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable AI-powered diagnostics and fixes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with Python and REST API design.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG knowledge.
• Strong SDLC experience with CI/CD, testing, and security scanning.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs at scale.
• Classify failures, troubleshoot, and propose corrective actions.
• Develop data-processing pipelines and API integrations for telemetry.
• Ensure testing guardrails before production changes.
