Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build AI agents that analyze infrastructure discovery logs and automate complex troubleshooting. You will use Python and REST APIs to integrate Gen AI capabilities like RAG and vector databases into production systems, with a focus on scalable, production-grade engineering.

This remote software engineering role emphasizes SDLC best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with global teams to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Advanced Python development and REST API design.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Strong SDLC practices and CI/CD tooling (Git/GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Develop agents that classify and correlate failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Create capabilities to analyze and generate corrections to probes and patterns with testing guardrails.
• Build data-processing pipelines and API integrations feeding telemetry into the AI ecosystem.
