Job summary

Astreya Consultancy Ireland Limited, Spółka z o.o. Branch in Poland is seeking a Project & Program Management III to plan and coordinate internal IT projects from initiation to delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams across networks, servers, software, and PC deployments while maintaining budgets and timelines. Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, tracking milestones, documenting processes, and driving change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4–8 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple, complex, cross-functional projects.
• Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment, and post deployment phases.
• Experience with AI/Automation tools and technologies
• Responsible for tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (schedules, risk analyses, process docs).
• Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive lifecycle milestones from concept to closure and support change management.
• Use KPIs to measure performance and provide status updates.
• Identify and mitigate cross-team process gaps and risks.
• Coordinate meetings with core teams and vendor partners.
• Evaluate post-project results and drive improvements.
