Job summary

Amadeus in Warszawa seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Cytric Solution implementation projects for global customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and risks, and guide customers through the adoption of our SaaS platform.

The role requires a degree in a related field, about 5 years of project delivery experience, and fluency in English and German. Hybrid work and international travel may be involved, with opportunities to impact our customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Around 5 years' experience in project delivery or account management.
• Knowledge of project management best practices; certification is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with travel or expense management tools (Cytric a plus).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages welcomed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

About The Role

Join our team to lead the delivery of Cytric Solution implementation projects for strategic customers worldwide. In This Role, You’ll
