GFT Technologies SE in Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead a client project with a technically skilled Google Cloud Platform team. The role centers on project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

You will coordinate across international teams, manage diverse stakeholders, and support planning, risk management, and reporting to ensure milestones are met and dependencies are resolved. The position rewards autonomous, structured PM work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, ideally involving cloud platforms or large-scale IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating internationally distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience working within complex organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and potentially competing priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, structure ambiguous situations, and drive delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is required.
• Should be able to understand technical discussions involving GCP and translate them into actionable PM activities.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a client project involving a technically skilled team working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The main focus of this role will be project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

The PM should have proper technical experience in GCP to navigate the platform independently and effectively support project execution.

Duties

• Coordinate project delivery across international teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across different time zones.
• Manage stakeholders within a complex organizational environment, including client representatives, technical teams, and potentially multiple internal and external parties.
• Support project planning, tracking, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Identify and escape delivery risks, blockers, and organizational dependencies. Work closely with the technical team to understand project progress, challenges, and infrastructure-related dependencies

Requirements

• Hands-on familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is required
• Should be able to understand technical discussions involving GCP and ask relevant questions
• Should be able to collaborate effectively with GCP engineers and translate technical topics into actionable project-management activities

Nice to have

• Previous experience managing projects involving GCP or other major cloud platforms
• Experience coordinating cloud migrations, platform modernization, or infrastructure delivery
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Experience working with enterprise clients and geographically distributed delivery organizations
