GFT Technologies SE in Łódź is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a technically skilled team on a Google Cloud Platform project. You will coordinate delivery across international teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee planning, risk, and reporting to ensure alignment with scope and milestones.

The role requires hands-on GCP experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to drive delivery in a hybrid work environment across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Min. 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT area.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects, ideally involving cloud platforms or large-scale IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating internationally distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Experience working within complex organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and potentially competing priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, structure ambiguous situations, and drive delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is required.
• Should be able to understand technical discussions involving GCP and ask relevant questions.
• Should be able to collaborate effectively with GCP engineers and translate technical topics into actionable project-management activities.

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a client project involving a technically skilled team working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The main focus of this role will be project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.

The PM should have proper technical experience in GCP to navigate the platform independently and effectively support project execution.

• Coordinate project delivery across international teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across different time zones.

• Experience working with enterprise clients and geographically distributed delivery organizations
