Job summary

Turner & Townsend Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Data Center construction projects. This is a client-facing role focused on delivery and business development to accelerate growth and strengthen market position.

You will manage cost, schedule, and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients. Fluent Polish and English are required to engage with stakeholders across regions and disciplines.

Qualifications

Experience as a Senior Project Manager with sector experience e.g. Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing or Data Center.
University degree in Civil/Building Construction, Construction Management, HVAC or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to identify and secure new opportunities and lead market-facing activities.

Responsibilities

Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
Run and lead client and other required meetings.
Lead business development activities aiming towards accelerating the growth and strengthening further market position.
Build on strong relationships with clients through interaction and cross-functional team members.
Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.
