Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and data center projects. You will manage the design process, coordinate vendors, and serve as the main client interface to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Candidates should have proven PM experience in technical environments, a project management or engineering qualification, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in an industrial/manufacturing or similar technical environment.
• Professional qualification in project management, engineering or construction.
• Understanding of full project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
• Strong knowledge of PM concepts, tools and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent Polish and English communication and report writing.
• Motivated with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Develop working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements.
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Co-ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery.
• Contract execution: drafting contract documents in line with legal templates and coordinating with project team.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager in Poland. Responsibilities include:

• Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives

• Contract Execution: Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

• Proven project management experience, gained within an Industrial / Manufacturing / Logistics / Pharma / Data Center / Real estate or similar technical environment.
• Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project inception stage, design, authority approvals through to construction completion and post-project review
• Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English with excellent report and bid writing skills
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
