Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific, based in Poland, seeks a Sr Project Manager for its Early Development Services Team within the EMEA region. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensuring quality, time, and cost objectives while communicating with sponsors and internal teams.

The role requires Phase I experience and a Bachelor's degree. It is office-based with a standard Mon-Fri schedule and involves global collaboration within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Extensive project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of time, cost, quality management principles and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between sponsor and organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways are followed and communication is clear internally/externally.
• Define delineation of roles when multiple leads exist for regions or vendors.
• Accountable for overall delivery of cross-functional projects (time, cost, quality).
• Demonstrate financial stewardship of projects, align resources to budget, manage out-of-scope work.
• Set and manage customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
