Responsibilities

• Manages staff with coaching and direction.
• Conducts performance appraisals and career discussions.
• Induces and organizes induction programs for new employees.
• Ensures records and timesheets are complete and up-to-date.
• Supports resourcing per local process and project leads.
• Delivers training on SOPs, WPDs, and local requirements.
• Identifies training gaps and develops training plans.
• Ensures adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Alerts management to quality issues and supports QA audits.
• Evaluates staff performance and project status via metrics.
