Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional clinical trial programs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will serve as the primary sponsor contact and drive alignment across regional teams.

The role requires a strong background in vendor oversight, regulatory knowledge, and capable leadership to navigate complex projects in oncology, GI or neuroscience, and to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management.
• 5+ years as Global Lead Project Manager in conduct of clinical trials.
• Experience in end-to-end vendor management across various vendor types.
• Experience in Oncology, GI, or Neuroscience therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally (Rules of Engagement).
• Define delineation of responsibilities for secondary project leads when needed.
• Accountable for the cross-functional project delivery (time, cost, quality).
• Oversee budget, resource alignment, and contract-related activity; drive negotiations.
• Establish and manage customer expectations to ensure optimal delivery.
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project requirements.
