Job summary

Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) to coordinate implementation of Thinkproject solutions and manage project timelines, risks, and costs. You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery across the project lifecycle.

Based in Warsaw, you will collaborate with the executive team on portfolio governance and strategic roadmaps while driving quality and customer success within a connected data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO/WO level or equivalent.
• Construction Industry highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel required.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years as PM/Lead.
• Technical knowledge of industry software solutions and service delivery standards.
• PM certificate or PRINCE2/ PMI/ SCRUM Master is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction, infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure using PM best practices.
• Track progress, scope, timelines and deliverables with proper documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources toward goals.
• Adhere to governance and report to Project Director or Sponsor as applicable.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and support strategic planning.
• Monitor milestones and ensure high-quality outcomes across project phases.
