Jit Team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives. You will coordinate data sourcing, reporting requirements, and regulatory onboarding across business and technology teams in a Nordic‑connected, international setting.

You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, manage scope and timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and successful project outcomes. The role is hybrid with per‑city office presence in Poland.

Competenze

• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering projects within Banking or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance domains.
• Experience working with data and system implementation projects.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments.

Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery initiatives within the AML and Transaction Monitoring domain. The role will focus on coordinating data sourcing activities, transaction monitoring capabilities, reporting requirements, and implementation efforts across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives
• Coordinate business, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

Expected competences and knowledge

• 6+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience delivering projects within Banking or Financial Services
• Knowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance domains
• Experience working with data and system implementation projects
• Ability to work independently in complex environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with data sourcing, data governance, or analytics initiatives
• Experience with regulatory programmes
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
