Jit Team in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead a large-scale AML transformation programme within an international financial services organisation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive regulatory initiatives to ensure delivery across entities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Programme or Project Management.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Experience working with regulatory, compliance, AML, KYC, or Risk-related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives across the organisation
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication
• Drive alignment across business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams
• Oversee implementation activities spanning multiple business areas and legal entities
• Manage programme roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations
• Ensure regulatory requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and delivery challenges
• Support organisational change management and stakeholder engagement activities
• Mentor Project Managers and delivery leads across the programme

Responsibilities you'll have

• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication
