Job summary

ICON in Warsaw is seeking a Clinical Study Manager - Clinical Trial Manager II to lead and manage complex clinical projects within a sponsor-dedicated model.

You will develop plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality documentation to stakeholders while applying industry best practices.

This role requires travel of approximately 25% and offers the chance to grow within a global CRO environment and contribute to patient-focused trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in project management in pharmaceutical or biotech.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with excellent attention to detail.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
