Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support regional and global clinical trials within the CFSP framework. You will partner with Clinical Trial Leads and cross‑functional teams to ensure trials are executed efficiently, compliantly, and inspection‑ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or other related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience as a PMA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and analyze event triggers for action by PL or other functions.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely milestone updates with PL coordination.
• Coordinate and support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances including EAC, expenses, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Vendor and PO Management processes.
• Implement and maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide timely data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, and quality for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain sections of Project Management Plans.
• Review and support resource allocation within budgeted projects.
• Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes for team and customers.
• Organize and coordinate internal and customer meetings.
• Prepare status reports and presentation materials for meetings.
• Manage core file reviews and support audits; drive eTMF filing compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding of new PMA team members and system access.
• Monitor project metrics and maintain timely reporting to senior management.
• Participate in regional initiatives to support PMA community and personal development.
