Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a people manager for the Kraków site, blending data governance and project controls leadership. The role involves hybrids work, 2 days in the Kraków office and remote on other days, reporting to the Poland Site Manager.

You will drive data quality, standard SAP templates, audits, and process improvements while guiding a skilled PMO team and ensuring SLA‑driven service delivery.

Qualifications

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and improvement programs.
• General understanding of Westinghouse systems and data quality needs.
• Clear communication, impactful presentations, and leadership to drive results.
• Experience working effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational discipline to prioritize workloads and manage time.
• Analytical approach to solve problems with timely, results-oriented outcomes.
• Proficiency in SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data collection to optimize efficiencies and data quality; design and develop SAP templates.
• Create and update job aids and deliver internal trainings for project management community.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify data issues and collaborate with PMO to drive data governance.
• Lead major projects, ad hoc tasks, meetings, and calls.
• Support Project Management Leadership Council to drive process improvements.
• Provide technical expertise for project controls processes.
• Hold team meetings and development plans to guide subordinates.
• Mentor team members and develop subject matter experts.
