Job summary

Westinghouse Krakow is seeking a GSS Project Controls Team Leader to drive ERP project controls, data governance, and process improvements. This hybrid role includes 2 days in the Kraków office and the rest remote, reporting to the Poland Site Manager.

You will lead data collection, SAP template development, audits, and cross-functional training while ensuring high data quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Proven track record with financial processes, controls, and improvement programs.
• Understanding of Westinghouse systems, data quality needs, and industry.
• Clear communication, impactful presentations, and leadership to drive results.
• Experience working effectively in a team.
• Strong organizational discipline to prioritize workloads.
• Analytical problem solving with timely, results-oriented outcomes.
• Proficient in SAP PS, MS Office, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data collection to optimize efficiencies and data quality; design and develop SAP templates.
• Create and update job aids; deliver internal trainings for project management.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify data issues and collaborate with PMO on data governance.
• Identify gaps in data entry and drive strategic solutions for partners.
• Lead major projects, ad hoc tasks, meetings and calls.
• Support Project Management Leadership Council to drive process improvements.
• Provide technical expertise for project controls processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of project controls principles and processes.
• As a people manager, create development plans and performance objectives.
• Hold team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings with subordinates.
