Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management and organizational change leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of PCOE initiatives and cross-functional programs, defining scope, timelines, milestones, governance, resources, dependencies, and success measures.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans that achieve business outcomes and measurable benefits.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, decision logs, and portfolio reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate sponsors, workstream leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, and partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Prepare executive-ready materials communicating progress, risks, and recommended actions.
