Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, especially engineering/construction/capital projects.
• Experience sourcing and negotiating for capital projects and related services.
• Knowledge of capital project delivery, lifecycle cost analysis, and TCO methodologies.
• Experience with engineering contracting models (lump sum, target cost, reimbursable, unit-rate).
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba or similar e-sourcing tools and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering, construction, and capital projects.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations and contract awards for engineering services and EPC/EPCM providers.
• Partner with engineering, project management, finance, and safety stakeholders to align sourcing with requirements.
• Apply TCO and lifecycle cost analysis to investment decisions.
• Manage supplier performance and governance against cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supply risks through evaluation and contingency planning.
