Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in project/program management and organizational change leadership in global, complex organizations.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional transformation programs from planning through adoption.
• Ability to translate business strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong governance, risk, issue management, and benefits realization experience.
• Experience enabling change across regions, functions, and external partners.
• Fluent English; other languages considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of PCOE initiatives and cross-functional programs with defined scope and milestones.
• Translate priorities into structured delivery plans achieving business outcomes.
• Maintain integrated project plans, risk registers, and portfolio reporting.
• Identify risks, drive mitigation, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate sponsors, stakeholders, and SMEs for alignment and execution.
• Prepare executive-grade status reports and decision materials.
