ZF Group is seeking a Senior Program Buyer to drive on-time program launches and cost targets within its Electronics Portfolio. You will partner with project teams, suppliers, and engineering to ensure delivery, quality and cost goals are met across multiple sites in Poland.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience, strong financial analysis, and advanced Excel with SAP/QAD proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, engineering, business).
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial data analysis and ability to translate into recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SAP and/or QAD; good PowerPoint/Word.

Aufgaben

• Ensure on-time program launches and target-cost delivery for piece price and tooling.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets across functions.
• Drive sourcing alignment with cost targets and Purchasing processes (global bidder list).
• Lead cross-functional meetings with suppliers to improve cost and delivery through design and development.
• Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate with portfolio, engineering and purchasing teams on strategic topics.
