Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is offering a Trainee Program in the Global Purchasing Department. You will join a global purchasing team and gain hands-on experience with e-mobility components while working with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Independent, goal-oriented, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken, at least B2).
• Willingness to work full-time.
• Knowledge of additional language (German, Spanish or other) is a plus.
• Driving license – class B is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Becoming an integral part of a global purchasing organization and gain hands-on experience.
• Develop knowledge of key electric motor components within the e-mobility value chain.
• Work in an international environment with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across regions.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and learn negotiation techniques with global suppliers.
• Independently analyze, evaluate, and prepare purchasing-relevant data to support decisions.
