Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support or Software Engineering, preferably within Corporate Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong Unix/Linux skills for production troubleshooting.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience developing scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with Oracle, MQ and WebSphere.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident resolution and coordinate technical resolver teams.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Develop automation and operational improvements to increase service resilience.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and runbooks; document operational knowledge.
- Lead RCA activities and identify recurring operational issues for permanent fixes.
- Demonstrate use of AI productivity tools to support automation and documentation.
