Job summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment and seeks a Production Supervisor to join the production department in Bielsko‑Biała, Poland.

The role focuses on organizing and supervising the team, launching lines, planning targets, and coordinating subcontractors while collaborating with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or production-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/operations management.
• Experience working with subcontractors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the production department focused on low voltage equipment.
• Launch new production lines and implement ISO-aligned standards and procedures.
• Plan and deliver targets in quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Coordinate subcontractors for installation and integration of components.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, logistics and maintenance teams.
• Prepare status reports and drive corrective actions when delays occur.
• Build and develop the team through recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation.
• Conduct cost analysis and manage budgets for tools and equipment.
• Implement Lean/5S/Kaizen initiatives and cost-saving projects.
• Represent the area in dealings with key customers and partners.
