Job summary

Coursedog, a remote-first leader in education operations software, seeks a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to shape the strategic vision and execution of our product marketing function.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to drive go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and customer advocacy for our Intelligent Academic Operations Platform, translating market insights into compelling positioning and messaging across buyer personas and use cases.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing with leadership experience
• Deep expertise in market research, competitive analysis, buyer persona development, and segmentation methodologies
• Strong ability to craft compelling positioning and messaging across multiple audiences and personas
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to influence senior leadership across functions

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product marketing strategy across modules and buyer segments
• Oversee market and competitive research to inform segmentation and pricing strategy
• Drive alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing on strategy and priorities
• Establish KPIs for product marketing activities (pipeline influence, win rates, analysis)
• Develop customer advocacy programs (advisory boards, case studies, testimonials)
• Lead creation of assets (positioning documents, battlecards, sales enablement, content)
• Own sales enablement strategy and execution for different buyer personas
• Represent Coursedog at industry events and conferences
• Build relationships with analysts, press, and thought leaders
• Travel up to 20% for conferences and events
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity
