Job summary

Netwrix is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define the strategy for the 1Secure DSPM product line within the Netwrix 1Secure SaaS platform. You will own the vision, roadmap, and GTM execution for this multi-tenant security offering.

The ideal candidate has deep product management experience in data security, cloud-native SaaS, and enterprise identity governance, with a track record of growing ARR and expanding market leadership across SMB to mid-market segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years in cybersecurity or data security.
• Experience with DSPM, Data Access Governance, or related domains.
• Proven track record leading a SaaS product to market leadership and ARR growth.
• Comfortable owning a true multi-tenant SaaS product and cadence.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and long-term strategy for DSPM product line and roadmaps.
• Own the product backlog, prioritization, and release planning across tiers.
• Engage with analysts to shape positioning and drive market leadership.
• Partner with engineering to deliver cloud-native features and integrations.
