Job summary

ESET is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our Identity Security portfolio in Krakow. You will drive innovation across ITDR, ISPM, and risk-adaptive authentication to protect identities and access.

Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate with engineering and delivery teams, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution and positioning. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager experience in tech/software with IAM security focus.
• 2+ years experience with identity security solutions.
• Experience delivering identity security solutions (IAM, authentication).
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity security modules such as ITDR, ISPM, risk-adaptive authentication, and identity risk analytics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to define, design and deliver new product capabilities.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
• Act as an identity security matter expert, present product strategy and progress to internal leadership and external audiences.
