Incogni is seeking a Payments Product Manager to own the vision and long-term strategy for critical payments infrastructure. You will translate goals into a clear roadmap, and collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams to drive monetization across the customer journey.

You will analyze performance, dive into user journeys, and define KPIs to improve checkout conversion, recovery, and revenue. Hybrid work and opportunities for growth are offered.

Incogni is at the forefront of consumer privacy, providing a simple and effective way for people to remove their personal information from data brokers. We've become the preferred data removal service for many consumers and are continuing to grow rapidly, especially within our mobile app experience.

Join our newly formed Payments team tasked to provide crucial commercial infrastructure that enables reliable monetization across our customer journey. This team will own the complete money collection lifecycle:

• Checkout start
• Payment success, methods, flows
• Subscription lifecycle
• Billing logic
• Renewal
• Failed payment recovery

If you want to:

• Own and drive vision and long-term strategy of an important product area, translating them into a clear roadmap and measurable goals aligned with business objectives;
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams;
• Analyze Payments area performance, metrics and results and identify areas for improvement;
• Deep dive into User journeys and their behaviour patterns;
• Turn Payments into a growth driver — removing friction, reducing fraud, and improving conversion;
• Define KPIs and frameworks for checkout conversion, failed payment rate, recovered revenue, success rate and etc.
• Stay up-to-date with competitors, market, and industry trends.

And you can check off:

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of shipping successful products at scale;
• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution;
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product analytics tools and interpreting data to drive decisions;
• Passion for understanding user needs and building products that solve real problems;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to clearly present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in digital product payments area;
• Have experience in the cybersecurity or privacy industry;
• Have worked with subscription-based products and understand retention dynamics.
