Netguru is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a freelance, full-time B2B contract. Remote, based in Poland. You will define the strategy and roadmap, own mobile core functionalities, and collaborate with business, UX, and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have PM experience with mobile apps or digital platforms, strong business and technical acumen, and fluency in Polish and English at C1. This is a remote role with CET working hours and a 6-month contract with extension potential.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Product Manager:

• Freelance assignment : full-time, B2B contract.
• Salary range (Senior): 120-145 pln/h
• Working Hours: CET
• Start date: ASAP
• Project duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
• Location: Remote (based in Poland)

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap , ensuring alignment with business and user needs
• Own the development of core mobile functionalities, native components, and reusable app standards
• Collaborate with business, UX, and engineering teams to build and scale the platform's capabilities

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager working with mobile applications or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmap, and priorities
• Familiarity with mobile app architecture, core features, and native components
• Experience building or managing platform capabilities, reusable components, templates, or application standards
• Ability to work closely with business, UX/UI, and engineering teams
• Polish (C1) and English (C1) skills
