Job summary

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, offering a fully remote freelance to fulltime opportunity with CET working hours. You will work on projects across FinTech, B2B software, and e‑commerce, focusing on LLM/agentic solutions, roadmaps, and production readiness.

Start date is ASAP for a project of around three months, with opportunities to join the team long‑term. We seek professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience and fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production.
• Experience with GenAI project vision and roadmaps.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features.
• Experience designing agent autonomy scope.
• Ability to manage product economics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal.
• Excellent English and Polish skills.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);
• Experience with GenAI projects vision and roadmaps;
• Acceptance criteria for non-deterministic features;
• Designing the scope of agent autonomy;
• Managing product economics;
• Cross-functional collaboration with analysts, engineers, and legal
• Excellent English and Polish skills
