Job summary

Netguru is seeking a skilled QA automation engineer for a fully remote, full-time engagement. You’ll join a team delivering large-scale digital commerce projects, with start planned for November 2026 and a minimum contract of six months.

You’ll write and maintain automated tests using JavaScript, WebdriverIO, Mocha and Chai, and help push CI/CD workflows. This role offers 100% remote work, collaboration with an experienced team, and opportunities to contribute across QA, UAT and Production

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript testing
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO for test automation
• Solid experience with Mocha and Chai
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Drone CI
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools

Salary range: up to 155 pln/h (negotiable)

Engagement: fulltime

Working Hours: CET

Start date: beginning of November 2026

Project duration: minimum 6 months

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to write and maintain test code from scratch.
• Hands‑on experience with WebdriverIO for test automation.
• Solid experience with Mocha and Chai.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Drone CI, including executing automated tests across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools for tracking test cases and results.
• Strong developer mindset — comfortable making incremental changes to test code, improving existing automation, and working without relying on manual testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the automation test suite.

Nice to have

• Experience testing Salesforce applications and related architectural changes.
• Experience testing standalone React‑based applications.
