Job summary

Netguru is seeking skilled freelancers to join remote projects on a flexible basis. You’ll decide when and how you work, with opportunities across FinTech, B2B software, E-commerce and more. The engagement is fully remote, with potential for long-term collaboration within the Netguru team.

Salary ranges for freelancers are up to 188 PLN/h for Senior and up to 135 PLN/h for Regular. Engagement is fulltime, CET hours, with a start around mid August 2026 and a project duration of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience for regular role and min. 5 years of experience for senior role.
• Strong expertise in React (Web) and Flutter (Mobile).
• Experience building, structuring, and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
• Understanding of clean code structure and repository setup compatible with AI coding agents.
• Excellent English skills.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience for regular role and min. 5 years of experience for senior role
• React & Flutter: Strong expertise in React (Web) and Flutter (Mobile) development;
• Design Systems: Proven experience in building, structuring, and maintaining component libraries / design systems;
• AI-Ready Code Architecture: Understanding of clean code structure, documentation, and repository setup compatible with AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Lovable)
• Excellent English skills

Nice-to-have:

• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools/agents in production workflows
