Allegro is seeking Mid and Senior Product Managers to join a newly established team in the Product Catalog. You will transform the customer journey by structuring high-integrity product data across Allegro's verticals and lead the roadmap in collaboration with engineering and UX.

You will partner with stakeholders up to executive level, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive a data‑driven, Agile culture. Polish (C1) and English (B2) are required in this hybrid role.

• Proven track record as Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Expert at collaborating with others and leading or following to achieve objectives.
• Able to manage stakeholders up to executive level with trust.
• Continuous improvement mindset to foster team culture.
• Thought partner for Engineering and UX Design to drive prioritization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
• Translate business requirements into clear technology roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
• Lead a development team to deliver features that standardize product data and imagery.
• Engage stakeholders with a compelling product vision and direction.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to align on Enhanced Category Experience goals.
