Job summary

Survalyzer, on behalf of Efisco, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team in Gdańsk. You will work within the product team alongside colleagues in Switzerland and Gdańsk, shaping the roadmap for a B2B feedback platform.

You will collect and prioritize requirements, craft specifications in Figma/Confluence, and drive releases with engineering, customer success and marketing support. Strong English and several years in B2B product management are required.

• Very detail-oriented with pride in precise, high-quality work.
• Enjoys challenging the status quo while staying pragmatic and asking questions when unclear.
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Several years of experience in product management of B2B software.
• Comfortable taking responsibility in a small, energized team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, categorize, and prioritize product requirements for B2B feedback software.
• Write product specifications using Figma and Confluence.
• Create and refine system prompts for LLM-powered features.
• Manage the product roadmap and communicate releases through internal channels and newsletters.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to prioritize bugs, requests and improvements.
• Work with Marketing to communicate new product releases.
