Hack The Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Enterprise Product team. You will define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business priorities.

As a Sr Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive strategy, lead discovery, and deliver measurable impact.

The Core Mission of the Sr Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Product team, your mission is to define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex customer problems, drive product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact. Success in this role means balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities to build enterprise-grade experiences that accelerate growth and strengthen customer retention.
