Job summary

• Providing technical support during product manufacturing
• Serving as the key point of contact for product engineering departments at other locations
• Coordinating product engineering activities at headquarters; organizing support and involvement from other product engineering units as needed
• Responsibility for ensuring the product meets specification requirements
• Tracking and reporting product performance during manufacturing
• Coordinating cost-reduction initiatives
• Resolving product issues at the factory, with suppliers, and with customers
