Job summary

42dot, a mobility AI company and Hyundai Motor Group's Global Software Center, seeks a senior designer to shape the next generation of software-defined vehicles. You will lead UX/theming, create 2D/3D assets, and refine design systems while collaborating with developers and QA to deliver top-tier user experiences.

The role requires extensive design experience, strong IA/prototyping skills, and fluency in English and Polish, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in design-related work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and set schedules to achieve UX outcomes.
• Translate requirements into IA, user flows, and prototypes while aligning with feasibility.
• Skilled in Figma, ProtoPie, and similar tools to prototype key journeys.
• Experience in creating 3D interactive models of varying complexity.
• Ability to build design systems and optimize design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Grasp the product vision and deliver high-quality interaction and design output.
• Create and edit UI elements including 2D/3D assets and 3D models.
• Continuously enhance and optimize the design process for efficiency.
• Use data to understand user behavior and inform UX design decisions.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA teams to capture improvements and requirements.
