Job summary

42dot, a mobility AI company and Hyundai Motor Group's Global Software Center, seeks a senior designer to shape the next generation of software-defined vehicles. You will lead UX/theming, create 2D/3D assets, and refine design systems while collaborating with developers and QA to deliver top-tier user experiences.

The role requires extensive design experience, strong IA/prototyping skills, and fluency in English and Polish, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Translate requirements into IA, user flows, and prototypes while aligning with feasibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Grasp the product vision and objectives, and consistently deliver high-quality interaction and design output combining aesthetic sensibility with analytical thinking.

• Create and edit UI elements — including 2D and 3D assets and 3D models.

• Continuously enhance and optimize the product design process and workflow for greater efficiency.

• Use data analysis to understand user behavior and integrate those insights into UX design.

• Cooperate with Developer and Quality Engineering teams to capture improvement ideas and requirements.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in design-related work.

• Business Insight: Ability to prioritize tasks and set schedules to achieve successful user experience design outcomes.

• Design & Planning Skills: Capable of translating requirements into user experiences through information architecture (IA), user flows, and prototyping—while aligning with business and development feasibility.

• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, ProtoPie, and similar design tools to propose design directions and prototype key user journeys.

• 3D design: Experience in creating 3D interactive models of various complexity.

• Operational Capability: Ability to suggest improvements and efficiencies in product enhancement via building design systems and optimizing design workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Fluent English and Polish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in digital interfaces, system design, and integration.

• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and ProtoPie.

• Experience using 3ds MAX and C4D tools.

• Ability to create 3D models using rendering software.

• Design experience across mobile, web, AR/VR, and other platforms.

• Experience working in an automotive domain.

• Proficiency in detailed review of design outputs, including specifications, prototypes, and simulations—especially in internal quality control.

• Working experience with multi-site, multi-national and multi-contributor teams.
