Motorola Solutions is seeking an AI-Native UX Designer in Krakow to lead end-to-end experiences for mission-critical public safety products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, and researchers to embed AI-assisted methods into human-centered design workflows.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, validation with usability testing, and the adoption of AI-driven workflows to accelerate discovery while maintaining trust in complex systems.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering intuitive, end-to-end solutions for complex systems.
• Fluency integrating modern AI tools into your process to accelerate discovery, iteration, and execution.
• Ability to articulate design decisions with a focus on human-in-the-loop and automation boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• AI-Forward Prototyping & Execution: build testable artifacts using AI and rapid prototyping workflows.
• Process Modernization & Tool Evaluation: run structured experiments and standardize winners across teams.
• Innovate & Validate: define North Star visions and conduct usability tests for mission-critical scenarios.
