Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to act as an analytical voice within a product team focused on matching, relationships, messaging, and AI-assisted experiences. You’ll design experiments, unify metrics, and translate data into actionable decisions.

You’ll work with product managers and senior leadership to determine whether product initiatives are delivering meaningful results and where investment can create the greatest impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product analytics.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and probability theory.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests with interpretation of results.

Responsibilities

• Design and run product experiments end to end, including hypothesis development and analysis.
• Unify product metrics into a coherent measurement framework across key areas.
• Act as an independent analytical voice grounding decisions in evidence.
• Identify growth opportunities with measurable impact.
• Connect metrics to business goals and monitor deviations from targets.
• Collaborate with product managers to generate and test hypotheses.
• Investigate anomalies and explain metric movements.
